Can SAPHEX help arrange my flights?

No we are unable to arrange flights on your behalf. Click here to see what major airlines fly to Johannesburg International.

Are there any ways I can contact SAPHEX visitors to bring them to my stand and arrange meetings pre-show?

If you are sponsoring the event you have access to attendees prior to the event starting. Only sponsors are able to access the pre-registration data. Other opportunities are available to advertise on our event website and promote via HTML email one month prior to the event.

I would like to invite my clients to the event; do you have a recommended way to do this?

We can supply you with invitations electronically to enable your clients to access our registration portal. Alternatively you can simply direct your clients to this link.

Is there a way that I can have better visibility on-site?
I need to arrange some freight for the show, who is the recommended freight company?

I need to arrange my accommodation, can you please guide me?

Please visit our accommodation page for access to all the nearest hotels that are close to the venue.

I would like to order some items for my stand to use during the show. How can I arrange this?

All furniture and additional items can be found in our exhibitor manual. Once you have access to the manual you will be able to purchase addition items directly from the exhibitor manual online.

Do you have private meeting rooms that we can book?

Only Sponsors have access to the meeting room allocation at SAPHEX. If you wish to arrange the hire of a meeting room, discounted rates will be available. Please contact ec@saphex.co.za
